OfferRead is a real estate deal analysis tool built and operated by Cayden Campbell, based in Los Angeles, CA. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use offerread.ai.

We only collect what's necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — when you sign up or subscribe
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
• Property addresses — entered by you to generate deal analyses
• Usage data — pages visited, analyses run, and feature interactions, used to improve the product
• Device & browser info — basic technical data to ensure the site works correctly

We use your information only to:

• Provide and improve the OfferRead service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Send product updates or important account notices (you can opt out anytime)
• Understand how people use the product so we can make it better

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the service.

We share your information only with the third-party services required to operate OfferRead:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google — address autocomplete (Places API)
• Replit — hosting infrastructure

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security practices. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

OfferRead uses browser localStorage to remember your free verdict usage (up to 3 free analyses per day) and your session preferences. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription and want your data deleted, email us at offerreadai@gmail.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Payment records may be retained longer as required by law and Stripe's own data retention policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using HTTPS for all data transmission and relying on Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure for all payment processing.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at offerreadai@gmail.com.

• Request deletion of your data
